WOW 😬😬😬 One year ago today I finished my first set of wedding invitations and started Write Nice by Betty. This one year has been slammed full of ups and downs and trying my best to learn how to run my own shop. I always knew I loved writing and doing arts and crafts, but I really pushed myself to try new things this year and I surprised myself with how much I love to paint and create new things. I still surprise myself with how much I have to learn every day too 😂 that's the fun part...no two products are ever the same and I'm just a complete mess trying my best to figure it all out! I don't have a fancy craft room, I don't know how to take fancy pictures to make it all look pretty, and my space that I do have looks like a tornado went through it. BUT, writing and painting is something I love to do and I also love driving Joshua Jenkins crazy so I threw in wood working to the mix 😂. Mind you, I do not do any of the wood working and cannot be trusted with a saw - that has all been my awesome fiancé and soon to be father in law. I had some really great people to learn from who said you just have to do it to get started and that was the best advice. You can't wait for everything to be perfect or you will never get started. And I can't thank everyone enough for always being so encouraging. I have been blown away this year by all of the support so far and I can't thank you all enough! So to end rant - I've had so much fun this year and can't wait to see what next year has in store! ❤️❤️❤️
