Busy 2 days. Catching up on candles - 4 cases of 7-Day yesterday (finished off today). Then on to 4 cases of Spell Jar Candles. Will have to finish the tying tomorrow. I'm so happy that you all love my candles!!! Blessed Be!!!🥰

The Power of One Small Moment of Awareness

I hear this all the time…

“I want to slow down.”
"I want to be more present.”
“But life is just so busy.”

And yes… it is.

But awareness doesn’t require hours of silence.

It requires willingness.

Even one moment — one breath — where you pause and ask:

“What am I noticing right now?”

That’s where it begins.

That simple check-in builds something powerful inside you.

It changes how you respond.
How you feel.
How you understand yourself.

Awareness isn’t something you do once.

It’s like breathing.
You return to it… again and again.

🌙 Let’s Take a Moment and Honor How Far You’ve Come

We spend so much time focusing on what we still want to fix…

But today, I want you to pause and look back.

There was a time when certain thoughts felt like absolute truth.
Not opinions. Not doubts. Truth.

“I’m not good enough.”
“Things never work out for me.”
“I have to prove myself to be accepted.”

And now?

Some of those beliefs don’t even feel real anymore.

That’s growth.
That’s awareness.
That’s transformation happening quietly.

You questioned it.
You stopped feeding it.
And without even realizing it… you became someone new.

What’s one belief that used to run your life… that no longer has power over you?

Feel that.
That’s your proof.
