(Abandon Dress) Alterations started but we did not get very far.
Beautiful bohemian, sparkly ballgown A-line wedding dress with embroidered floral leaf details all over the dress. Dress has a V-Neck bodice with illusion panel in front and a V-Neck back and stunning beads, lace, and design around a stunning and gorgeous bodice. The soft tulle skirt flows from a natural waistline down towards a sweet train for a sophisticated and flirty finished look. This dress has a beautiful 2 in 1 look. A beautiful romantic, whimsical feel with long balloon style sleeves then you can snap off the sleeves after the ceremony and have a sleeveless style dress for the rest of the evening. The back of the dress has a zipper back along with beautiful buttons. I honestly can't put this beautiful dress into words. You have to see her in person!

Unfortunately… we are officially running out of storage space 😅

As much as we’d love to keep everything safely tucked away forever, we simply don’t have the room to store:
• Finished alterations
• Completed custom orders
• Paid-off layaways
• Finished wedding dresses

If your order is complete, please make arrangements to pick it up as soon as possible 💕

👰 Wedding Dress Reminder:
If your dress is finished but your wedding is still over a month away—and you’re planning to have us steam it the week of the wedding—we will need you to pick it up and then bring it back the week before your big day.

This has been an incredibly busy season (which we are SO thankful for ❤️), and our storage space is very limited. Our racks are already overflowing! 😄

👰✨ Brides: Let’s Talk About “Dress Regret” ✨👰

Do you notice how many brides end up trying to sell their first dress so they can buy a second one? 😬

After years of alterations—and hearing so many brides talk about the dresses they *wish* they had chosen—I’ve learned a few things that may help you avoid “dress regret” 💕

💡 A Few Helpful Tips:

• Keep your shopping group small.
Too many opinions can make it harder to hear your own. Try bringing just 3–4 people you truly trust.

• Don’t feel pressured to say YES that day.
If it’s truly your dress, you’ll still love it tomorrow. If you’re hesitant… there’s usually a reason.

• Try on EVERY style at your first appointment.
Ballgown, A-line, Mermaid, Fit & Flare, Sheath… even styles you think you won’t like! Brides are often surprised by what flatters their body best.

• Take LOTS of photos.
Front, back, side, sitting, standing—everything! Looking back at photos later can really help narrow things down.

• Be honest with your consultant.
Tell them exactly what you do and don’t like about each dress. Don’t be afraid to speak up.

• Remember: alterations can change a dress… but sometimes at a significant cost.
If a consultant says “anything can be altered,” ask questions! A local seamstress or in-house alterations specialist can help you understand what’s realistic—and what it may cost.

• Be open to suggestions.
Consultants see hundreds of brides and often know what silhouettes flatter different body types beautifully.

Once you buy your dress—STOP LOOKING! 😄

Pinterest, bridal groups, wedding dress pages (even mine sometimes 😂)… constantly looking at dresses can make you second guess the one you already loved.

Wedding dress shopping should be FUN, not stressful ✨
Eat before you go, wear the right undergarments, take your time, and enjoy the experience 💕

Do you have a jacket, pants, or purse where the zipper works—but the pull handle is gone?

• Replace zipper pull: $8–$11
• Replace zipper slider: $10–$15

Before walking down the aisle, you’ll want your dress looking wrinkle-free and picture perfect 💕

If you’re getting married locally, your seamstress may offer steaming before pickup.
For destination weddings, many resorts include steaming in their packages ✈️

💡 A Few Helpful Tips:

Even after steaming, a few small wrinkles can pop up—so we always recommend having a travel steamer on hand just in case!

👉 Use a white washcloth over the steamer head
This helps prevent water spots

👉 Steam from the inside of the dress
Work from top to bottom for best results

👉 Start with the front, then move to the back
This keeps the train from wrinkling again

👉 Let your dress hang high and undisturbed
This allows wrinkles to fall out as it dries
