A bit of an update:
1. A couple weeks ago our payment processor double charged a few orders on one day...this has been traced 100% to the payment processor. We have reversed all of them. We do ask that if you see this happen again, please contact us first and not the payment processor. In this case one order was recorded while 2 charges were made. At the same time we saw 2 orders for the same item which we emailed the customer asking about it with no response....so both shipped.
2. Fingers crossed auto sending of tracking info is finally fixed.
3. If you received a jumbled email for anything from us, sorry our bad, we got a setting messed up on the server somehow....fixed now.
4. Our new team area is up.....email going out soon.
5. If you don't see something on the site that we should have, shoot us a message....our check-in system may miss an item here and there. Setting up a double checker going forward.
Backend system updates are about 99% complete, so we can focus on product once again.
