Gilbert Chocolates Family-owned Gilbert Chocolates have established a long tradition, making handmade chocolates in Jackson since 1900. We have two locations in Jackson.

Our factory and downtown store is at 233 N Jackson Street, and we are inside the Jackson Crossing Mall

This is a yummy one people!! We take a Ritz cracker, dollop it with our homemade soft caramel, and run it under our waterfall made of warm chocolate and then sprinkle each one with course sea salt! It is one of our favorites to "sample" for quality control. 😁🙊😋

In the summer we get kinda bored. Hot weather slows the production of our chocolate a bit, ours does melt in your mouth AND in your hands. (There is a reason for that, but that is for another day)
We like to create new treats and "play" in the kitchen and see what amazing candies we can come up with.
You love our white chocolate oreo bark, so we did a new twist on it!
We introduce cute, little white chocolate oreo squares! They are packaged so perfectly and can easily be gobbled up in a bite or 2. (Less melting in your hands)
We may try some other combos with these new square candy molds. Hmmmmm..🤔🤔🤤.what shall we create next?

We had a special order of 493 pounds of chocolate to be shipped out today!!!
It is all hands on deck with several helpers doing the various tasks to get them ready. We have a ballpark pick-up time from UPS , so we try to get them all done by his arrival. We are thankful for this humongous order and for our dedicated workers making it fun!!!

You are loving our pretzel rods alot lately! Like we are covering them with chocolate every week! We have been playing around with some new packaging and we are in ❤️ with these bougie gold bags that hold a 1/2 # (7) of pretzel rods for 16$. This would make an impressive gift for a chocolate or pretzel lover. Did you know you can request any sprinkle combo for these fancy bags? (Think graduation, wedding, holiday) They are in our stores now! Tell us what ya think! ⁉️

Our homemade chocolate cherries are a favorite! We drizzle them with white chocolate and cup them at the end of the line. Gooey goodness awaits!!

We take our coconut cream center, hand dip them in white chocolate, then roll them in sweetened coconut flakes and call them snowballs in the winter season, bunny tails in the Easter season AND dandelions in the summer. No matter what we call 'em, they are a coconut lovers dream!

Have you tried our new fudge pops? Kim just made another batch with a variety of flavors for you to try! They are a great price point and can be eaten just like a popsicle, but without purple sticky liquid dripping down your hand. 😁

This is one of our employees (and their kids) fave cream! Our fudge cream is one of our top sellers. You coffee lovers gotta try our mocha cream, which is our fudge cream with fresh ground gourmet coffee added in the final mixing process! Our mocha cream is also a favorite amongst our staff. Our fudge and mocha are always our "go-to" candy when its time for some quality control. 😁🤭😉
