The fact that a modern smartphone should have a fingerprint scanner no longer causes any questions. The fingerprint does not change throughout a person’s life and is considered one of the most common methods of identification, it is not in vain that they do not bypass it. But if you get confused, capacitive scanners can be fooled quite easily, which cannot be said about ultrasound scanners - scanning the surface of a finger using ultrasonic waves and measuring the distance between the wave source and the relief of the imprint from the reflected echo.
