Position Overview:
We are looking for cashiers that provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service. Registers sales on a cash register by scanning items, itemizing and totaling customers' purchases. Resolves customer issues and answers questions. Bags purchases if needed.
We are also looking to fill a Store Floor Associate positions with candidates who buys into our mission and shares the same values that drive our vision. The main function of the position is to assist in running the store successfully by organizing the floor and display areas, moving merchandise, and general assistance.
Position Responsibilities & Requirements
Greet customers with a positive attitude
Always maintain a clean and safe store environment
Remove trash/cardboard and consolidate bins
If certified and when instructed, operate the Forklift & Pallet Jacks (following safety procedures) to accomplish store objectives
Assist Cashiers by carrying items, organize bins as directed, regular communication with Assistant Manager, Assistant General Manager, and General Managers Skills
General Floor Associate skills or ability to learn is required
Forklift experience and certification is welcome but not required; We will perform certifications for forklift qualified individuals.
Be on time for your scheduled shift.
Be available to work most weekends
Follow directions with accuracy
Continuous standing, walking, and lifting of 30lbs. or less
Duties and responsibilities may change at anytime.
Hours
Full-Time associates are eligible for benefits the first of the month after their sixtieth day. We are closed most major Holidays. Punctuality is a MUST! If you are early, then you are on time!
