Float through the coffee fields of Planalto da Bahia, Brazil 🇧🇷

Our Jazblu Peaberry is sourced from smallholders Planalto da Bahia. The region is a standout in Brazil. Most coffee cherries are still handpicked - rare in a landscape dominated by mechanical harvesters.

It’s also one of the few Brazilian regions known for washed coffees. After pulping, cherries ferment for 12–24 hours in tanks, then dry slowly in greenhouses.
