Summer Snacks that ACTUALLY satisfy.
Traditional summer snacks like acai bowls, cookies, and chips are filled with carbs, sugar, and/or fats and lack Fiber or Protein are making you hungrier while the calories pile up.
Here are my TOP 3 snacks for the summer that help stop my food noise. These low calorie, carb, low sugar snacks either have high fiber, high protein, or high allulose to put a stop to cravings!
1) Low Fat Greek Yogurt with Fruit, Allulose & Monk Fruit
