I highly recommend Charikas Appliance Repair. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, honest and personable. He was able to identify the problem and find a resolution. In addition his office manager, Erika, was kind, caring and beyond efficient. We were treated like family. Thank you Charikas. You are most definately a 5 star repair company.

Second time using Charika's appliance repair.
I will Always call them for my appliance needs.
My appointments were scheduled super fast, Charlie responded super fast and was so thorough diagnosing my washing machine troubles.. He is very knowledgeable about washing machines and now exactly what was wrong with my Speed Queen.
He was quick to order the parts, Erika was quick to call me and set up an immediate appointment for him to come by to put the new parts on.
He was on time for both appointments with plenty of genuine smiles and kindness. He was nice and neat, cleaned up any residue on the floor or messes from lint and such underneath the washing machine..
Took his time to test the machine and actually ran half a cycle of towels to make sure the washing machine was running perfectly

I highly recommend their appliance repair business! Way over, way above and beyond
top notch....

Even during a pandemic such as COVID-19, refrigerators and washing machines still need repairing.

We have reopened! Our Technicians will wear disposable gloves and a mask at each customers home. He washes his hands and uses sanitizer before and after each repair.
