What a wonderful evening celebrating the people and businesses that make Lancaster County such a special place to live, work, and grow.
Last night, members of the Kitchen Kettle Village team had the privilege of attending the Lancaster Chamber's 154th Annual Dinner, themed "Ordinary People. Extraordinary Impact. Celebrating the Collective Strength of Lancaster County Business."
One of the highlights of the evening was cheering on one of our own, Joanne Ladley, as she received the Chamber's Exemplar Award.
As a second-generation owner of Kitchen Kettle Village, Joanne helped guide the growth of our family business while building a culture centered on people, relationships, and creating exceptional experiences. Her leadership has extended far beyond the Village through her service to numerous community organizations, nonprofit boards, and family business initiatives throughout Lancaster County.
We are incredibly proud of Joanne and grateful for the example she has set for generations of team members, leaders, and family businesses.
Thank you to the Lancaster Chamber for hosting such a meaningful and successful event and for recognizing the individuals who make a lasting impact in our community.
