For those who are not familiar with a fantastic comedy artist, Minister Kerri Pomarolli; let me introduce her to you. She graced our congregation with her humor and wit for several years until the Lord and circumstances changed her location. She is now traveling the globe but if you're interested you can purchase her books at the Book Nook. You won't be disappointed!

I'm honored and grateful that 25 years ago, November, 1994 my sweetheart, Gregg Dixon along with our Pastor Benjamin Reid set my journey in establishing The Book Nook at First Church of God with our friend Timothy Clarke witnessing the cutting of the ribbon. It was not my idea but I'm glad that both Gregg and I followed the leading of our pastor and the Lord for our lives. Being in the book store everyday brings me joy and I don't know what I would do if I couldn't spend my days (especially now) in the store. Please join us as we celebrate these 25 years on Sunday, November, 24, 2019 following each service.

I'm so proud to say that 25 years ago, the fourth Sunday of November, my husband, Gregg Dixon, opened The Book Nook. Bishop Benjamin F. Reid cut the ribbon as we along with Bishop Timothy Clarke looked on with pride and thanksgiving. So on November 24, 2019 we will celebrate 25 years in the store. Celebrate with us at 9550 Crenshaw Blvd, Inglewood, Ca following both services 8 and 11 and the rest of that week. YEA!!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 GOD IS GOOD!!
