The gentleman that works there spent several minutes talking through ideas with me and when I went to pick it up a few days later, it exceeded my expectations! Not only was it incredibly beautiful, but the same gentleman came and chit chatted with my toddler and I and even gave her some daisies so she didn’t leave empty handed. It made her feel so special! I am so impressed with this florist. They went over and above to make sure my flowers got delivered to our friend at St Vincent Hospital. She was in ICU and I ordered flowers to be delivered and the florist called me personally to tell me that the flowers would likely sit at the nurses station, but she would call daily to see when our friend got moved to a room and would deliver then. However she called this morning to say that during her daily call to the hospital, they agreed to allow our friend to have them in her room in ICU. So the florist got them ready and delivered this afternoon. Such great customer service!
