INDYTUNER Facts of the day!

1: The worlds largest piano is a Challen Concert Grand. This piano is 11 feet long, has a total string tension of over 30 tons and weighs more than a ton !!

2: The term A-440 concert pitch refers to A above middle C vibrating at 440 cycles per second.

We discussed the place of the piano in today's home and market and how some believe there is a decline in its overall interest. Of course, I disagree! Alright everyone, time for Piano Tuning! I have about 2 and a half weeks to pack in as many piano tunings as possible before I start another round at Butler University! I will probably be MIA for most of August and September. The rest will just have to wait! Don't forget to 'Like' my tuning page!
