🌟 What You'll Do
Open and close the store, ensuring smooth daily operations
Build and manage employee schedules to keep the team running seamlessly
Train, inspire, and motivate our team members
Be the first light of support when customers have concerns or questions
Create a welcoming environment where every visitor feels seen and valued
💫 What We're Looking For
A genuine respect and curiosity for all spiritual traditions and paths
Previous retail management or supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication, scheduling, and problem-solving skills
A warm, grounded presence that puts both customers and coworkers at ease
