The people of Indy are nothing if not proud of our city. From its food to its music and everything in between, just ask any Hoosier and they will be much obliged to share in depth all the things that make this city great. This sense of pride is what makes Indy feel like a tight knit community that we love to be part of. 🥰

According to the Indiana Department of Transportation, approximately 81 billion vehicle miles were traveled on Hoosier roads in 2015 😱.
Our area of the state connects Ohio and Kentucky to Indianapolis, so our infrastructure is traveled on more heavily than roads in other parts of the state. And it's another reason why we love our town 🥰.

However, as befits a man of mystery, multiple contradicting reports did surface at the time. Some say a band of angry Spiritualists poisoned him, others that it was a student punching him in the stomach (with his permission) that caused his appendix to burst.
