Good afternoon all! We have some new items to post! As always, no reasonable offer will be refused! First up- a brand new soft leather club chair! This is brand new out of the box and assembled! Retail is over $400. Our price is $200!! This is a VERY nice chair! Again, items are OBO, FCFS!

Good morning everyone! We are having an EPIC garage sale from 9am-3pm this Friday and Saturday at 2254 Fairhope Dr! Nearly all items are BRAND NEW and at least 50% off retail but no reasonable off will be refused! Happy Saturday to all of our members! Hope you are enjoying this lovely Saturday. We have a quick question for our members. We have lucked into quite a but of furniture that needs to be assembled. We have been struggling whether to put it together or not. We want to be transparent with our customers, and for them to be able to believe, without a shadow of a doubt the stuff we post is new in box, is in fact new in box. Would you rather us put the stuff together, so you could see it is able to function as advertised and all the parts are in fact there. Or would you rather we leave unassembled , take pictures to prove all the parts are there and add "will assemble" to our post? As always if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask either Vanessa or myself. Have a great day, we will have more stuff to post within the next 24 hours, please come check out our finds. Disclaimer, we do not want to set a flat rate for all items that need assembled. Some take 10 minutes, some can take up to 1hr or more. If you would like for us to assemble we will handle it on a case by case basis. We will always be willing and ready to answer any questions you have.
