Flying to Clearwater this weekend to go house shopping. I just finished making one of these Homemade Turtle Cheesecakes to take with me.

Someone is going to get a special surprise!

The Homemade Turtle Cheesecake is made with a cookie crust. Then 2 layers of cheesecake filling, one chocolate and one vanilla. In between the layers there is a homemade Carmel pecan sauce. This same Carmel pecan sauce is layered on top of the cheesecake. Then lastly, Homemade Chocolate Ganache is drizzled on top. Can you almost taste it right now?!?!
