Real tiny stories from beach moms

Her pregnant feet ached and her heart ached for him to be there to rub them.

She cried by her babies crib alone at night wishing he was there to pick him up.

He came home an almost stranger while she had changed too.

She wanted to make friends, but knew they would pack up to leave soon and it felt almost pointless.

The child wailed and he had to leave before the PTSD set in.

She couldn’t believe she was across the world fighting for her county while her kids slept at night so far from her.

This is service. Service is sacrifice.

Thank you too all our military moms for all the hard work you do for you, your family, and our country. You all are the strongest mothers I know. Happy Veterans Day.
