Just finished restoring these two Wi******er model 12's, a 12 gauge and a 20 gauge. Both for sale. Upgraded with new wood and fitted recoil pad, new bluing, polished bolt and carrier, completely gone thru and replaced any worn parts. Will finish two more 12 gauges this weekend with refinished original wood. Otherwise, they received the same treatment, and will be less expensive than these two. Have a 16 gauge will start on in the next week or two.

Last week, I spent some time on a ranch, west of Independence and had the privilege of observing state-of-the-art technology being used to film a television show. Earlier, I had received a shipment of more than twenty different fi****ms, from various manufacturers, for testing and evaluation, via Craig Boddington and Guns and Ammo Magazine. Some of the models have yet to be released to the public. G & A personnel were filming "stills" for the magazine as well as "live scenes" for the T.V. show. The producers were using drones, remote controlled cameras, LED lighting, etc. I was simply amazed at how recent improvements in technology have impacted the television industry. For example, editing is now done quickly and simply on a laptop computer. If you don't like the depth perception of a scene, push a button and change it! Due to the weather, the whole project would have been impossible just a few years ago, without the technology available today!

Cleaned up my 1926 Parker 10 ga, just before sending it to Del Grego & Sons in New York, to have "ejector parts" put back into the forearm. Someone had removed them, because back in those days most shot shell cases for 10's were brass and expensive to buy. Many people preferred saving the shells for reloading. Since the gun "ejected them out" each time they fired, they had to stop and look for them. This was very unpopular, so many people just simply removed the ejector mechanisms . This one is extremely rare because Parker didn't make very many 10 ga PHE's with ejectors and Parker Steel barrels. Most 10 ga ejector guns were Damascus or Twist steel, but this gun is capable of firing the more powerful modern shot shells. I have been told by several people of the Parker Gun Collectors Assoc., this one is veeerrrrry rare and very valuable.

Just finished doing a little stock refinishing and "French Polishing" on my extremely rare 1903 Parker grade NH 8 ga. After all these years, the wood was so dark it was impossible to see the beautiful grain patterns.
