t to me that parents remember what it was like to have fun, as a kid and that kids experience what fun can be like without plastic, batteries, or computer chips. They both GET IT. That makes me feel great, everyday...
You can buy Spirographs to Lincoln Logs and Monopoly to Erector Sets, and hundreds of more items, for all ages....Crafts, Books, Games, toy guns of all kinds, retro and historic toys, dress-up costumes and accessories, puzzles and candy. Activities include: Hula Hoop throw downs on the boardwalk, stick horse races in the road, Twister or Limbo challenges, basketball, darts, volleyball or The Sock Monkey Fling. The puppet theater is open to use most of the year. If that doesn't interest you, you can sit down and read a book on the massage chair or do a jigsaw puzzle or play a game of chess, checkers, cooties, pick up sticks or scrabble, in the game room. There is a play table for young children and a shooting range (rubber band guns and bows and arrows) for older kids. There is absolutely NO EXCUSE not to have fun. I am closed after Christmas Vacation, until Spring Break. I close some Tuesdays Wednesdays and/or Thursdays, in the spring and fall. For local customers I do gift certificates, wishlists, and birthday baskets. I wrap and keep presents for you to pick up later and deliver to the Springs and The Idaho City Hotel, after hours, if you need to buy while you have your kids with you. I ship, too. I am open most days 11ish-5ish
