We wanted to share a quick reminder about our hold policy, invoicing and shipping procedures, and return policy. We are so grateful for each and every one of you and appreciate your support of our small business. We have so many exciting new arrivals headed your way, and we can’t wait to share them with you!
🐝 HOLD POLICY
Items requested to be held in-store will be held for 48 hours without payment. Need a little extra time? No problem! Simply ask us to send an invoice, and you can select either In-Store Pickup or Shipping at checkout.
All paid items designated for in-store pickup will be held for you. We simply ask that they be picked up within a reasonable timeframe of 14 days so we can keep storage space available for incoming inventory. If you are unable to pick your items up within 14 days, please message us to request a separate invoice for shipping and we will be happy to get your items shipped for you to enjoy!
📦 INVOICING & SHIPPING
Our new Shopify system makes invoicing quick and easy!
To request an invoice, simply comment on the item you’d like to purchase and provide your email address. Once you’re entered into our system, you shouldn’t need to provide it again.
Please note:
• Invoices must be paid within 48 hours of being sent or they will be canceled.
• A reminder invoice will be sent after 24 hours if payment has not been received.
• The reminder does not restart the original 48-hour payment window.
• Store credit can be applied at checkout by logging into or creating your Shop account.
• If you don’t see your invoice, please check your spam or junk folder.

🛍️ RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly offer store credit for eligible returns under the following conditions:
• Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• A valid original receipt is required.
• Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. No cash or credit card refunds will be provided.
• Merchandise must be in unworn, unused condition with all original tags attached.
• Items must be free of smoke, perfume, pet odors, or any other odors.
• We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.
📬 Online & Shipped Orders
Shipped orders may be returned within 30 days of purchase if all return requirements are met. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
