Cape Gun Works AKA DownRange, Inc.(“DRI”, or the “Company”) Has completed our new facility housing a state-of-the-art indoor shooting range, training center, and retail pro-shop in Hyannis, Massachusetts. CGW will provide the Cape Cod community with the finest firearms training facility available in the region and present quality classes in the safe handling and use of firearms for sporting use an

d personal defense in a clean, nontoxic environment. We plan to import this validated business model to Cape Cod as it has proven itself in similar demographic areas nationwide. Indoor shooting centers serve regional population catchments from as far away as 2-3 hours drive (median of 34 minutes) and typically operate on a walk-in basis, and are open during extended hours, e.g., 9 a.m. (With law enforcement access off-hours) 7 days per week. The indoor shooting-range model arose in various regions of the U.S. due to a variety of reasons, including safety, noise mitigation, weather issues, convenience, etc. For historical reasons, Massachusetts has been relatively virgin territory for indoor shooting centers, although this is about to change.
