🧡 A little favor when placing online orders! 🧡

If you have a special request that isn't already an option on the website, please reach out BEFORE placing your order. Especially if it's something that would normally come with an additional charge.

I'm always happy to accommodate requests when I can, but here's a little behind-the-scenes perspective from a small business owner. 😉

When special requests are added to the notes after an order is placed, it often means extra messages back and forth, figuring out pricing, creating and sending additional invoices, and waiting for those invoices to be paid before I can move forward.

Not only does that take extra time away from actually making orders, but separate payments also mean additional processing fees that add up for a small business.

I do my best to keep pricing fair and the ordering process simple, but I also have to account for the time and costs involved in making those little changes.

🧡 A quick message BEFORE ordering can save us both time, avoid surprises, and make sure I can accommodate your request!

Thank you for understanding and for supporting this little shop of mine! 🦛🧡

Small business, big spirit!
