My name Is William Crider, I'm CEO and Founder of Before and After Remodeling, LLC/BAD Central Kansas/Before & After Distributors! I established this company 3 years and 6 months ago on June 2, 2014 at 3:00pm with the intentions of becoming successful and well I'll be honest "rich." Well It takes a big man and a Dedicated, Focused and Determined human being to accomplish his/her dreams, I'll tell you that it doesn't just fall into your lap overnight. As weeks and months went by I struggled many of times with the hopes that one day things will start looking on the bright side of life! "boy was I wrong" before I knew it time had flown by and it was a year later July 2015 and it was almost a full year that we acquired what we had thought to be a story for success! That year was rough, it was the roughest, toughest and crudest time of my life! To keep a business going takes much planning, hard work and most of all the drive to move forward, I wanted to give up so many times and there were quite alot of times that I did quit for a month or two and said I didn't want to do it anymore! Unfortunately we started a company that is hard for any business at the beginning. (Construction & Remodeling)
Long Hours, restless nights and ruthless mornings, but despite all of the terrible there were many cherishable and rewarding times to outweigh the terrible! I finally decided almost 2 years later it was time to make a change, thats where I came up with Before & After Distributors. It was catchy, trustworthy and attractive to the consumer, What catches most peoples attention is DETAIL! You wouldn't judge a book by its cover would you? Well in fact most people do because we are a judgmental and hassmatic community with only 1 thing on our mind! (How can I take care of me? How can I get ahead and have what the other person over there has?) That's how society thinks and without it we couldn't function let alone get out of bed every morning! Thats how I thought every single day I went on the job site and thought to myself "what can I do to get out of this kind of business/work and do something that makes me happy?" Let's face harsh reality that only 10-45% of people are actually 80-90% happy in their lives and where they stand in line on the food chain!
It was time for a new story to unfold and open the cover to peak inside for hope, admiration and aspiration in my life, I no longer wanted to look down the barrel of a 22 shot gun (figuratively speaking) anymore! I wanted to be the man standing behind that shot gun cheering on my peers and encouraging freedom and happiness in other peoples lives. I wanted to accomplish everyone else's victory more then my own, Yea at times it may seem or I may lead people on to believe I'm Heartless, erragent and decisive but i'm truly not! When struggle takes hold of your life you let it control your life and emotions which leads to unvoluntary absolution and regret! So what am I getting at here? "I'll let you know what I'm rambling and rangeling on about" How businesses can base my responsibility, Integrity and Faithfulness off a number generated by none the less a digital device
that CALCULATES human behavior, I'm not saying it's 100% wrong and we shouldn't base it off that calculation at all, I'm respectfully and honestly stating that it doesn't know human contact, lesson's learned from past experience and human emotions. Its a machine born by technology and raised by human interacting as the parent who write, develop and render its abilities and expansion of human sense and emotion. My credit report reflects the mistakes I have made in the past and lessons learned for the future. Unfortunately its come to the age where every single decision is based off this never ending cycle of humility and regret opposed in the past! To never learn and move forward because of a judgemental decision based off small mistake made 10 years prior. I've evolved like machine and my hard drive has soaked up much knowledge and responsibility. If not I wouldn't be here today owning 2 companies and working 18-20 hours a day with only 20 hours a week max of sleep! So before basing your decision about my responsibility and honesty think to yourself, Stop, Pay Attention and re-evaluate your understanding and judgement towards me! Because you don't know me, I'm more responsible the most put together. I run a 65,000$-99,000$ company a year all alone with no one to help me! I do my own Marketing, Advertising, Inventory, Pricing, Stocking, Sales, and everything in between to make this happen. I'm fully licensed plus some!
So next time you see my application and my willingness to seek resources in your financial institution just remember that the guy your denying now is the one who eventually becomes the man who could possibly run your name is the database and deny you the help you so desperately need and DESERVE!
