✨ Keep your undertones consistent. If your hardwood has a warm, golden undertone, look for a tile with warm beige or cream accents. If your wood is a cool, stormy shade, pair it with crisp white or slate tiles.

✨ If you're transitioning between two different wood-look products, trying to find an exact match usually looks like a "near miss." Instead of matching the look of two floors identically, create intentional contrast.

If you’ve stopped by our showroom over the last 9 months, you’ve likely been greeted by a fresh, creative face on our team. Everyone, meet Anna Storm, our Interior Designer and Sales Specialist!

Anna joined the Custom Interiors family last September, and she hit the ground running. She actually went to school for Interior Design up in Alexandria, MN, and even interned and worked at the Carpet One location up there. When she moved back to the area, she discovered Brent’s store and it was an instant, perfect match!

Anna loves taking your rough sketches and ideas and turning them into a cohesive, beautiful layout. Whether you're hunting for the perfect kitchen backsplash or trying to navigate the right flooring palette, her design background makes the selection process incredibly smooth.

When she isn’t helping clients build their dream spaces, Anna loves soaking up the Minnesota sun. You can usually find her spending quality time with family and friends, going for long walks, hitting the pickleball courts, or winding down with a great book.
