✨Exciting things are happening in Downtown Huron!✨
Take a drive down Dakota Avenue and check out the brand-new commercial signage-what an incredible upgrade to the look and feel of our downtown! These improvements are helping to elevate the image of our entire cityscape, and we couldn't be more proud!
A Huge thank you to the Greater Huron Development Corporation for providing support to downtown businesses during the post-road construction recovery, and to the City of Huron for ensuring that all those important streetscape details are coming together beautifully!
Special thanks to Matt Metzger , who stayed late into the night to get every sign installed in just one day- Incredible! And to Omar Valdez of Omar's Painting for giving our storefronts a fresh, coordinated look that truly ties downtown together.
We also want to recognize Heather Burns, Jeff Pownell and the entire downtown team for turning big ideas into real, visible progress over the past year.
After 34 years in business in this ever-evolving downtown, we've witnessed an amazing revitalization-both in appearance and in the strength of our local commerce. Huron's downtown is alive and thriving again, and that's something we can all celebrate!
