We’ve been encouraging you to come hear the conversation between author MARYBETH WHALEN and audiobook narrator JANE OPPENHEIMER. Now, we are delighted to announce that they’ll be joined by moderator ARIEL LAWHON, bestselling author of The Frozen River! It’s not often we host a professional actor like Jane Oppenheimer, who has narrated 140 audiobooks, including Marybeth Whalen’s Handle with Care and Ariel Lawhon’s The Frozen River. She’s coming to us from California for a rare chance to sit down with these authors and discuss the process of bringing stories to life. Don’t miss this fascinating conversation!

🚀📖Rocket City readers, you showed up today! 😮 You lined up early for the Rocket City Book Crawl and kept coming all day long! The Snail loved seeing such a dedicated community of readers and bookstore supporters, and we enjoyed joining forces with other indies in our area. We hope everyone—from crawlers to booksellers—puts their feet up and rests tonight, with a new book of course. Thank you, Huntsville!!!!!
