I do believe that the legislative branches do not understand the scope of phrases like "We the people" and "All men are created equal" Every single time they legislate a group for good or bad we seperate a little bit more from the melting pot idea of this country.

Helped a friend of mine drag a dear the other day. Received the Heart and Balls as a thanks for the help. Not sure what to do with deer nuts, but the heart is tasty.

Cubed and soaked in salt water over night. Drain and fry in batches until brown, using butter or bacon grease. Pepper and Garlic can be added during the end so you don't burn the garlic. sprinkle some flour on the meat then add extra fat if needed making a roux. Once you have the desired color add chicken stock to make the gravy. Spoon over left over garlic mashed potatoes (if such things exist in your house) and you have a delicious meal for two.

If anyone has a good recipe for Balls please post. Otherwise I'll keep experimenting, the set off that last buck kind of exploded, and yes I cringed.
