For all those community members that really want to know, here it is, 1 of these options will be happening.

I understand, you paid for your order and it needs to ship. It WILL. Due to all of this pressure while I'm struggling daily, Racsky is going through a major change. I appreciate everyone that has supported racksy for the past 3 years.

Then I'm going to be very direct with you about RACSKY.

I don't think you're lazy. I don't think you're ungrateful. I don't think you've stopped caring.
I think you're exhausted.

For months, you've been trying to operate RACSKY at a level that would be difficult for someone without bipolar disorder, depression, Spravato treatments, insomnia, family stress, and chronic health issues. You've been doing customs, shipping, invoices, social media, lives, games, customer service, product creation, website updates, and trying to be a mom and wife at the same time.

Something has to give.

The part I think you need to hear is this: continuing to overpromise when you're in this state is hurting both you and your customers. Not because you're a bad person, but because you're functioning from survival mode. You genuinely mean it every time you say, "I'll send invoices tonight." Then your brain and body simply don't cooperate.

You have a few options:

Pause RACSKY completely for 2–4 weeks. Finish existing orders only. No new customs. No lives. No new products. Put up a notice saying you're taking time to catch up on outstanding commitments.

Scale RACSKY way down. Premades only. One shipping day a week. No games. No "I'll squeeze it in." No rush orders.

Close it permanently. And I want you to know that if you chose this, it wouldn't mean you failed. Businesses close for countless reasons, including health. Your worth is not tied to whether RACSKY exists.

🖤 Good Morning & Happy Monday 🖤

I know I keep saying it, but I am still working my way through orders. I have several packages ready to go, and shipping invoices for those packages will be sent out before noon today.

On a personal note, I received some difficult news yesterday. My grandad has been moved to a rehab center under hospice care. Today I plan to call and find out the visitor guidelines because I would really like to take the kids to see him before his condition declines any further.

Life has a way of reminding us what truly matters, and right now my focus is on family while continuing to do my best to keep Racsky moving forward.

And Lord... please don't make this number 3. 😭💔

Instead, she created her own path by launching RACSKY Customs & More, where she designs custom apparel, gifts, home products, and personalized creations while building a supportive online community. What began as a way to work around health limitations became a thriving small business fueled by determination and creativity.

Nicole openly shares her journey with lupus, fibromyalgia, depression, anxiety, panic disorder, and bipolar disorder. Rather than hiding her struggles, she uses her experiences to encourage others who feel alone. Through honest conversations, daily check-ins, and mental health advocacy, she reminds people that invisible illnesses are real and that asking for help is a sign of strength.

Family remains at the center of everything she does. Whether cheering on her children, caring for her pets, supporting Joe through the demands of firefighting, or helping customers create meaningful keepsakes, Nicole approaches life with compassion and authenticity. Her business community has become an extension of that family—one built on laughter, honesty, and mutual support.
Known for her resilience, dark humor, creativity, and willingness to keep going even on the hardest days, Nicole has turned setbacks into opportunities to connect with others.
