7'11" XH Fast 20-40lb 3-8oz swimbait rod completed. Metallic black and copper reverse Chevron wrap, orange silk guide wrap with metallic black trim ring. LZR medium duty guides, American Tackle carbon reel seat, and carbon fiber grips.

The 7'11" swimbait rod is doing its final drying, and while that is happening I'm contemplating my next build. I have an 8' Mag medium with moderate action. Capable of lures from 1/2oz to 8oz. Another swimbait rod or cut it down a little and make it a flipping rod? Also have a 7'3" medium heavy coming my way, build that first or the 8'. So many decisions. Both blanks are under the G. Loomis umbrella, so quality is there.
