Hi friends! It's been quite some time since I posted. I've recently been thinking about opening my shop back up selling handspun yarns and hand knit baby hats and blankets. What are you most interest in seeing?

Hello out there! I finally finished my Masters in Social Welfare and I'm thinking about opening the shop back up. In the next few weeks I'll try to get some hand spun yarns listed in my Etsy shop. I've been out of the loop for so long that I'm not even sure what people are currently looking for!

I've been spinning thick for so long, it's strange to spin thin yarn again! This is a yummy alpaca/silk/merino being spun into a fi*****ng weight two ply.

How cool is this? The hat is from me, the blanket is not, but they match perfectly! The hat was handspun by me, but dyed by an indie dyer. I'm thinking the yarn for the blanket was from the same dyer. Thank you for sharing this picture Kara!

There are only 6 hats remaining! This album will stay up for today- just leave your PayPal address to purchase- then these hats will be donated or given away if they are not sold. School is getting SUPER overwhelming already, so I can't put more time into Valerie Knits after this weekend!

Wow, I think I only have 6 hats left, then everything I had in stock will be gone! If these don't sell in the next few days I will either have a giveaway fo them or will add them to my donation box. I already donated a grocery bag full of items, and I have another box of items I've been collecting.

I have only a handful of items remaining in my final clearance album! Thank you so much to those of you who have been customers or supporter over the past few years. Once I finish my MSW I may return to selling my yarns and photo props, but for now this is my final destash.
