We would like to introduce ourselves, Heidi Nohe and Leilani Armendariz. We have a perfect rental space called The Warehouse. It is a mom-owned company located in Huntington Beach, CA. What started as little side gigs here and there grew our love for event planning more and more. It only made sense to turn this little side gig into a business! We are so excited to announce that you can plan your next party, pop-up shop or meeting at our beautiful Warehouse. We can’t wait to meet you. Let’s get the party started!

Yes, it’s true…. I have officially sold my baby…. The sad, upside and why….

The sad… I love this place. I literally poured my heart and soul into this to create an amazing space for ALL of you to enjoy. It makes me sad to see it go….

The upside…. I have created something SO amazing and successful, I’m happy to see what else this baby can do. I have sold to an amazing group of people who will watch it grow and thrive. To all my guests who have current contracts, nothing will change. The new owners will take great care of you like I did.

The why….My family and I have amazing new adventures ahead of us. It made more sense to let go of something you love so that it gets the same opportunity to grow.

To all my amazing guests, I truly appreciate you. You are the reason The Warehouse is a special place to all and mostly a special place in my heart. ♥️

I can’t wait for you all to meet the new owners, they’re pretty special to me as well.
