GROUP INFO & POLICIES for LuLaRoe Winnie Furman
This is a VIP shopping group for LuLaRoe Winnie Furman.
My name is Winnie. I am a nurse at a hospital. I am the mother of 5 grown children and have been married to my hubby Pete for 23 years now. I am also the grandmother of 5 granddaughters. Having grandchildren has been such a blessing in my life.
I love most music genre's, but mostly I love music that lifts me up.
Our family is HUGE LA Galaxy soccer fans and I can't wait for the season to begin again.
Ever since I have discovered LuLaRoe clothing, I have been hooked. The more I read about the company, the more I love it. I love to encourage people and make them feel beautiful, loved and adored. So becoming a Fashion Consultant seemed like a great match.
This is my space to share the many styles of LuLaRoe clothes and to help you feel beautiful both on the inside and out.

Below you will find the policies that will lend to an enjoyable shopping experience. Please don't forget that this is clothing. We all love clothing but people will always be the priority over clothing in this group.
HOW TO SHOP
1. I post my inventory by style (and we’re testing to see if by size will work as well) in albums. It will be on first come, first serve basis. If you see something you like comment "sold" on Facebook and then post your email address either with you sold post or you can PM me. We will then send you an invoice with what you ordered, sales tax and shipping cost. After the order is paid, we will ship it to you ASAP.
If you do not complete both steps the item will be passed on to the next person. If an item has already had a "sold" comment and has been claimed, simply comment "sold next." If the sale falls through I will defer to you. Or I may have more than 1 of that particular size and print.
Be prepared, as items go VERY fast. There will be no holds, claims or passing. This gets very confusing for everyone who is shopping. And it gets especially confusing for me when pulling items to invoice and ship. Only comment "sold" if you intend on purchasing.
Don't forget...All items are limited edition, It is very unlikely that I will get the same print twice. So if you like it, buy it.
The bottom line: Kindness, patience and general manners are much appreciated. I reserve the right to cancel the claim or invoice at any time - and will do so when encountering negative behavior.
HOW TO PAY
2. Once the party or pop up is over, I will invoice you through email. Be sure to check your junk mail folder if you are a first time shopper. You will have up to 24- 48 hours to pay.
SHIPPING:
3. Shipping is $3 First class 1-2 small items like leggings, $5 priority flat rate for larger items or more than 2 leggings and orders over $100 ship for FREE!
LOCAL PORCH PICK UP AVAILABLE ON REQUEST.
4. Porch pick up is available and MUST be picked up within 5 days of purchase. Please PM me for address and pick up instructions. Save yourself the cost of shipping!
RETURNS
5. ALL SALES ARE FINAL:Exchanges only. Your exchange must be initiated by e-mailing me or FB messaging me within 3 days of delivery of the item to you (I have tracking on all orders). I will provide my address and you can ship the item back to me. All items must be in unworn/new condition with tags attached. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Items returned after 3 days of delivery will NOT be accepted. I will pay for returns if the damage is on my part or that part of the company. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
I am an independent business owner and cannot accept exchanges for items not purchased from me, so thank you for your help with this. I also cannot exchange items that have been worn.
Please be mindful. While LuLaRoe is a passion of mine, it is one of many. Just like I hope it is for you too. I will do my best to answer all questions in a timely manner.
