Let’s release some endorphins!

Week 4 of Trashy Tuesday. This before and after pic actually inspired my pick up plan for today. I had passed this trash twice during my regular walk and decided it was clean up time on my Signal Hill trail.
Sadly, it didn’t take long to fill my kitchen sized trash bag but it sure felt good to get it off the streets.
