these are the top 5 ways (in order) to earn an income online in 2026:
1. digital products. you put the time in on the front end and you can sell the product over and over and over again for weeks, months, years to come. think ebooks, guides, pdfs, courses. yes, you can ask AI anything, but people want to learn from people. people need people to help them implement strategies and processes. think of something you’re good at, people come you for. what are people always asking you to help them with? what experiences have you lived that you could HELP others with? that’s your digital product. the global e-learning market is projected to grow $840 BILLION with a B….by 2030
2. influencers and creators. these people are building devout, strong audiences who trust them. i’ve been playing around in this space to see what feels good and what doesn’t. i don’t want my home to overflow with things i don’t need and i don’t want to feel like i have “homework” to turn into a boss every week. however, a lot of this content creation is fun and creators in this space get to have lots of cool experiences…i am learning and using SO much discernment in this area.
3. UGC which stands for user generated content. a few weeks ago i created a reel for a vitamin company that they would eventually use for ads. i was gifted the product and paid to make the reel, but i didn’t have to post it on my own page. lots of people who don’t want to be an “influencer” are going this route!
4. affiliate marketing. you have so many products you’re already using that could benefit other people. you can just share about your fav products using platforms like LTK and shop my and earn a commission if someone orders through your link. this is a great way to earn a supplemental income, not a full fledged business.
