Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about our products and services.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our products.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Coordinate shipping with logistics partners
- Purchase materials for production team
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
