Seeking two energetic, motivated, and personable Sales Associates to join our boutique team long term (this is not a summer job). The ideal candidates will have a passion for fashion (especially ethically made, sustainable fashion), eye for style, and the ability to create a memorable shopping experience for every customer. We are looking for partners who are detail-oriented, care about the quality of work they produce, and would like to be a part of building a business.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

· Greet and engage customers in a warm, professional manner
· Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations
· Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business
· Ensure the boutique is clean, organized, and inviting at all times, assist with merchandising and restocking inventory
· Must be comfortable operating in the shop alone
· Must be highly reliable – we are a small team and depend on each other!
· Must have flexible schedules and able to work morning and afternoon shifts as well as weekends and minor holidays

Additional skills include effective written and verbal communication skills, creative problem solving and conflict-resolution skills, professional appearance, actions, and communication, and the ability to occasionally lift heavy boxes.

Excellent pay and opportunity to grow with us as the business grows. Prior retail experience a plus but not required.
