Sometime a talk with your best girlfriend is all you need . One of the truly serendipitous events executed by my dear friend Dottie was bringing my BFF and I together. Happenstance maybe Destiny likely . Or as Dottie used to say “divine timing”. To have someone who accepts loves supports and will bail you out, bury the body , give you an alibi , go on adventures and make the cards tell you what you want them to say is priceless . Someone who you can call spill your guts ugly cry and make fun of your life equally priceless. If you don’t have a ride or die I strongly suggest you find one. I don’t know what I would do without mine. She’s not up for grabs I will fight you for her and I will win.

🧶 Fiber Friday
Why Repetitive Hand Work Calms the Mind
Featuring Weaving
Have you ever noticed that after weaving, knitting, spinning, or working with your hands for a while, your mind feels… quieter?
There is a reason for that.
Our nervous systems are constantly taking in information—notifications, decisions, conversations, noise, movement. Much of modern life asks us to stay alert and mentally active for long periods of time.
Repetitive hand work offers something different.
When we weave, our attention narrows gently.
Pass the shuttle.
Return.
Beat the weft.
Repeat.
The body begins to settle into rhythm.
The hands stay engaged.
The eyes soften.
The mind has something steady to follow.
This doesn’t mean weaving removes stress or replaces support when needed—but many people find that repetitive fiber work helps create moments of calm, presence, and connection.
There is no pressure to produce.
No need to be artistic.
No expectation to be good.
Just movement.
Texture.
Rhythm.
And sometimes that is enough.
This week’s invitation:
Take ten quiet minutes to make something with your hands.
Notice what changes.

If you were to pick one tarot card that speaks to your energy this week right now where are you. I think I would say King of Wands and at this point I just say Challenge Accepted. Bring it on. Im tired but this week is not going to get the best of me. I dont need permission and I dont offer guarantees and I will not go down without a fight. SO King of Wands it is for me. He also says "lets see what's possible here Lets see what I can do with this.....Where are you ?? Its been a week

Why Seasonal Living Feels Good (Even If You Don’t Mean To Do It)
Have you ever noticed that certain times of year make you want different things?
More light.
Different foods.
Long walks.
Open windows.
Tea instead of iced drinks—or the opposite.
We often think of these changes as random, but humans have always adjusted life with the seasons.
For most of history, people lived closer to natural rhythms.
Different work.
Different foods.
Different routines.
Different expectations.
Summer invited longer evenings and gathering.
Winter encouraged rest and reflection.
Modern life asks us to move at the same pace all year long.
But many of us feel better when we allow small shifts instead.
Seasonal living doesn’t have to mean changing your entire life.
It can look like:
🌿 opening the windows
🌿 changing what you read
🌿 eating what sounds good this season
🌿 spending more time outside
🌿 making with your hands
🌿 noticing what you need instead of what you “should” do
Living seasonally is less about rules—
and more about remembering that change is natural.

This week’s invitation:
Ask yourself:
If I let this season support me… what would I do differently?

✨ Weekly Astrology | June 1–7 ✨

This week feels softer than it looks.
June opens with an invitation to slow down long enough to hear yourself again. Conversations move from surface to substance. You may notice yourself reflecting more, craving comfort, reaching for familiar places, foods, people, books, or routines.
There is movement this week—but not the kind that comes from force.
You do not need every answer.
You do not need to rush the next decision.
You do not need to make the whole plan.

This week asks:
🌿 What feels nourishing instead of impressive?
🌿 What have you outgrown but keep carrying?
🌿 What small ritual brings you back to yourself?
🌿 Where are you being invited to soften instead of push?

A simple practice for the week:
Take 10 quiet minutes each day. Tea. A walk. A page in your journal. A few rows of knitting. Sit on the porch. Let yourself notice what returns.

June’s energy isn’t asking for perfection.
It’s asking for presence.

The energy of June will be strong. With many aspects asking you to RETURN TO YOURSELF
Not transformation.
Not hustle.
Not “become someone else.”
More: come back to what already feels true.

You are not trapped you are choosing

Everyone wants transformation until Pluto shows up.
Everyone wants freedom until Uranus starts removing the things that were never really aligned.

This Sagittarius Full Moon isn't interested in keeping the peace. It's interested in the truth.

Not the truth you post.
Not the truth you tell other people.
The truth you know when you're lying awake at 2 AM.
Where are you staying because it's familiar?
Where are you choosing certainty over possibility?
Where are you following a script that no longer fits?
This moon may not feel comfortable, but comfort and growth rarely occupy the same space.

The universe isn't asking you to have all the answers. It's asking you to be honest enough to ask better questions.

Open 12–5 today. Come see what's calling your name.

Full Moon in Sagittarius is asking one question:
What are you ready to expand into?
This moon carries movement, truth, adventure, and possibility. It pulls us out of stagnation and reminds us that growth rarely happens inside the familiar.

If you’ve been feeling restless lately… your spirit may be asking for more room.

This week in the shop we’re focusing on:

expansion
clarity
courage
vision
aligned action
Come wander the shelves, pull a card, find the crystal or tool calling your name, and let yourself reconnect with what wants to grow.
The right item always seems to find you when you walk in with intention. ✨

Open today 12 - 5 for those feeling the shift.
