This is a good example of when you buy a beef from a local rancher. Now depending on the live weight and hang weight of the beef this can vary. I hear all the time people can’t find a rancher they don’t exist in our area. They do you may just need to do a little asking around. The feed store, local auction barn, local butcher, the guy with cattle in his pasture you can swing in and talk to. There’s ways to find beef, lamb and pork for sale.
