Can’t please them all I guess but I have policies and in my policies it says ships 7-14 days after you place your order.
Her order was not even a full week old when I shipped it the post office couldn’t find the P.O. Box she listed for her order so they flagged her order now the post office did not inform me of the issue so I apologized explained to situation we left everything on good terms she was pleased and received her order the next day.
Please don’t act a certain way in private messages and then bad mouth my business in public because I will share the messages.
I also explained I will be changing carriers due to them not informing me of the situation she keeps saying she has been messaging me and calling me yet I don’t have any messages but the one she emailed me from and I immediately responded and got it all taken care of in literally hours!
She received it the next day after I received her message that morning.
