A Fancy Farmstead Specializing in antique, vintage, rustic, and repurposed items. I have a booth at The Olde Shoe Factory Antique Mall in Lancaster, Ohio.

For as long as I can remember, friends and family have commented on my ability to mix and match furnishings and accessories to create that casual, lived-in look. I have been able to source unique pieces and restore them to functionality to today's lifestyle, creating a comfortable and "fancy" living space that says "YOU"! Last summer I was fortunate enough to leave my career and fulfill the dream

Measures 28" h x 17" w, this old chippy window decor can be changed for every holiday. Glass is intact, it's heavy so you'll need a beefy hook for this one!

We have vacated our booth at Olde Shoe Factory in anticipation of our move. Upcoming bazaars have been cancelled, but you haven't seen the last of us.

Once we're settled into our new home we'll look for a new venue and new opportunities to bring you fancy decor pieces.

Taking a break from the lakehouse this week to finish a few projects. I've never been a fan of the harsh graining that is oak, but it's very heavy and solid.

This table is 36" round with the leaves up, but wouldn't it be great in an entry way? And who else has missed the blessing of gathering with friends and family the last few months? A light blue/gray top, white base. No chairs, but could source them. $65.
