🌼 This has always been such a special time of year for Casa Ramirez FOLKART Gallery — and still is, although our brick-and-mortar location has been retired.

We provided Houston’s oldest public celebration of Dias de los Mu***os, and our founder, the late Macario Ramirez, is credited with popularizing this ancient tradition honoring the departed with joy, through his devotion to education about cultural traditions and a passion for diversity.

To honor him, our beloved customers, and our departed ancestors, we share this 2022 ceremony and procession down 19th Street in the Heights, featuring Danza Azteca Taxcayolotl.

All Souls Mass of Remembrance | November 2 at 10:00 a.m.

Join us as we gather to remember and honor our loved ones who have passed away through the celebration of the Holy Mass. Following Mass, we will bless the Remembrance Altars in the Parish Hall. All are welcome to come together in prayer and remembrance.

We’re so excited to welcome back familiar faces who have been part of our festival for years, along with new vendors joining us for the first time ! ❤️ ✨ Each of them brings something special to our Dia de Mu***os Festival, from unique handmade goods to beautiful creations and local treasures.
