Howdy neighbors, just in time for the holidays I’m back to take care of all of your handyman needs. Got something broke give me a call I can fix it. Need something picked up from where you bought it and assembled I got you. TV too big for your car give me a call I’ll pick it up bring it to your house and mount it on the wall for you. Dryer vents haven’t been cleaned in months or years, that’s dangerous. Give me a shout we’ll get you back to safe. I’m also creating custom one of the Kind gifts for that special someone.

With the temperatures dropping and a hard freeze coming in early next week make sure you take steps to winterize your home some of these steps include the following. Please reach out to me if I can help you with any of these items and make sure you’re safe. Thank you neighbors for your continued support.

To winterize your home for a freeze, you can:
Insulate pipes: Use heat cable and pipe insulation to protect pipes in unheated areas like attics, crawl spaces, and garages.
Protect faucets: Keep a trickle of water running from faucets when temperatures drop below freezing to prevent pipes from bursting.
Install a programmable thermostat: A programmable thermostat can sense and adjust your home's temperature to help you save money on your heating bill.
Reverse ceiling fans: Turn ceiling fans clockwise in the winter to push warm air down and circulate it throughout your living space.
Clean gutters: Remove leaves and other debris from your gutters to prevent them from freezing and causing ice dams.
Check your chimney: Assess the condition of your chimney, which can be vulnerable to frost, snow, and high winds.
Inspect your roof: Check your roof for damage and make sure it's patched.
Secure windows and doors: Use deadbolt locks to secure your external doors and windows.
Check your alarm system: Make sure your alarm system is working.
Winterize your sprinklers and hoses: Take steps to winterize your sprinklers and hoses.
Winterize your plants and landscaping: Take steps to protect your plants and landscaping.

Two dryer vent cleanings already down today and one more scheduled for this afternoon. How long has it been since your dryer vent was cleaned out? Shoot me a message and I'll get you on the calendar to come take care of this task for you that will safeguard you from potential fires that can start from all of the buildup that collects in your system.

While I’m helping out with that let me know what else I can help you with. Need light fixtures or ceiling fans installed? Have a box of shelving or something else sitting around that needs to be assembled? Have a faucet that needs to be swapped out or installed? Holes in the drywall that need to be patched ? I can take care of all of those and pretty much anything else you’ve got.
