DIY Reusable Produce Bags

Materials:
- Old T-shirt
- Scissors
- Needle and thread or a sewing machine
- Safety pin
- Ribbon or string

Instructions:

1. **Cut the T-shirt:** Lay the T-shirt flat and cut off the sleeves and neckline. This will be the body of your bag.

2. **Shape the Bag:** Decide how long you want the bag to be, then cut the bottom hem off the shirt.

3. **Sew the Bottom:** Turn the shirt inside out and sew the bottom together using a sewing machine or needle and thread. For extra durability, sew it twice.

4. **Create the Drawstring Channel:** Fold the top of the bag down about an inch and sew all the way around, leaving a small gap for the drawstring.

5. **Insert the Drawstring:** Attach a safety pin to one end of the ribbon or string and thread it through the drawstring channel. Once it’s all the way around, tie the ends together.

6. **Turn Right-Side Out:** Flip the bag back to its original side, and you’ve got a produce bag ready to use!
