This classical came in to have the bridge reglued due to steel strings being installed instead of classical strings. This adds way too much tension to the bridge and can cause it pop completely off like in this case. It was a clean fix, but completely avoidable. Always make sure to use the proper strings for the proper instrument!

Custom Tele I made for my pops is in the shop for some routine maintenance. Super light-weight, it’s only about 5lbs give or take. Made the body from a blank of roasted paulownia with roasted ash top and back. Ridiculous AP neck and an aluminum Halon short bridge with phosphor bronze saddles. Sounds like a Les Paul, but snaps like a Tele!

Had a Precision Bass come in for the works! Shielded the cavity with copper, leaving a slight lip over the edge to make contact with shielding on the back of the pickguard. New pickups and electronics,a fresh PLEK setup. This things ready to thump!

Had an old friend drop off this old Gibson bass with a bad chip in the neck and a terrible burn in the headstock caused by the lacquer reacting with an older wall hanger. Filled the chips in and sanded those and the lacquer burns smooth. Next we sprayed some to***co brown to cover up any unsightly marks followed up with a few coats of lacquer, making sure front of the headstock and binding are properly taped off. This is to ensure the headstock logo and binding stay original. After some wet sanding and buffing you can’t even see where the burn or chip was. Now she’s all strung up and ready for the stage!
