These are fluffy vanilla pancakes with lots of fruit! 🥞🍓🫐🍌⁣

🥞fluffy vanilla pancakes🥞⁣
(Serves 2)⁣
🌟ingredients🌟⁣
- 100g whole-wheat flour ⁣
- 2 tbsp sugar⁣
- 1 tsp baking powder ⁣
- Pinch of salt ⁣
- 175ml almond milk ⁣
- 1 tsp vanilla extract⁣
🌟method🌟⁣
1. In a bowl combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. ⁣
2. Add in the almond milk and vanilla and mix until well combined. ⁣
3. Cook your pancakes on a hot pan with a little oil like you would any other pancakes!⁣

Gluten-Free Lemon Ricotta Pancake🫶

Ingredients:
8 oz (1 cup) whole milk ricotta cheese�1 tbsp coconut sugar �2 tbsp lemon juice�lemon zest from 1 small lemon�1 tsp vanilla extract�1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg�*1/4 cup almond flour�*1/4 cup brown rice flour
Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add vanilla ghee or coconut oil.
3. Form cakes into balls (I like to use cookie scooper) with lightly floured hands. Dust them in more flour and transfer into the skillet, and lower the heat.
4. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side uncovered. Then, cover with the lid and let it cook for another 1-2 minutes.
5. Love pairing them with yogurt, nut butters, jam, berries and honey or maple syrup.

You might need to add up to 2 tbsp flour more depending on the ricotta you use. They should be easy to form. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
Sourdough bread, toasted
Mashed avocado
Sliced tomato
Mozarella Cheese
Fresh basil
Balsamic glaze
Fried eggs
Oregano, salt, pepper to taste

This Honey Chipotle Salmon with Pineapple Salsa bowl is a flavorful and satisfying meal that is perfect for cozy evenings or a casual dinner with friends and family.⚡️

Ingredients:
1 lbs wild salmon
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp honey
1 tsp chipotle powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt

Pineapple Salsa:
1 1/2 c chopped pineapple
1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
1 avocado, cut into cubes
Juice pf 1 lime
1 large handful fresh cilantro, chopped
Sea salt flakes to taste

Cooked rice
Seaweed Sheets

Directions:
Was and pat dry the salmon. Make sure it’s completely dry, it’s very important!
Coat the salmon fillets with olive oil and honey.
Season with chipotle powder, paprika, and sea salt flakes. Transfer the salmon into the air fryer skin side down. Air fry at 400F for 11 minutes. If you don’t have an air fryer, bake at 400F for 12-15 min.
To assemble the bowls, place a sheet of seaweed in a bowl. Add cooked rice on top of the seaweed, followed by the cooked salmon fillet. Spoon the pineapple salsa over the salmon and serve immediately. Enjoy!

These roll-ups are always fun to make! Ready in 10 minutes, they’re tasty and filling👌🏻

How to:

Warm up your favorite tortillas (almond flour tortillas ) in a pan. Spread warmed up tortillas with a layer of peanut butter then a layer of strawberry preserves or your favorite fruit preserves. Sprinkle with h**p seeds and then, roll in one banana (each) and cut the wrap in half.

Cinnamon Apple Tea!😍✨🫶 It’s cozy, delicious, and perfect for winter nights.

🍏🍎 Ingredients:
1 L boiling water
1/4 - 1/2 orange, roughly chopped
1 apple, chopped
3 cinnamon sticks or 1 tsp cinnamon
Handful of fresh mint
2 teabags or 2 tbsp loose tea of choice (I used black and basil tea)
2 tsp honey

Chop up the apple, slice an orange, and add them to the teapot. Then add mint, cinnamon, honey, and tea. Pour boiling water, cover with a lid, and let it steep for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
