In sync with that, Safeco Insurance Company has announced a Personal Auto Customer Relief Refund, in which customers will receive a 15% refund (two months’ worth) of their auto premium.

Progressive Credit Of Approximately $1 Billion In Premium To Customers

The COVID -19 crisis has changed the lives of us all, as well as the way we conduct business.

At Insurance Offices Texas (IOTX), we continue to strive to keep you informed of solutions that can provide some sort of relief to you.

In sync with that, Progressive Insurance Company just announced their customers will receive a 20% credit (two months’ worth) of their auto premium, which covers 20% of the April & May premium, which will be automatically credited to their monthly billing. If the premium is paid in full, Progressive will return the money to the payment account on file, either by credit card, check or deposited into the bank account on file.
