Sugo All'arrabbiata (Spicy Tomato Sauce) is simply made with tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, red pepper flakes, parsley, salt and black pepper.

Authentic Italian recipes keep so simple to make it, there is not usually an overabundance of ingredients and, the key to make a flavorful and rich sauce is the slow simmering time in addition to simple ingredients, after that it'll give an amazing tasting homemade Pomodoro/Arrabbiata Sauce you will love, this is our little secret, please do not tell to anyone.

I suggested for the best quality and flavor that all my home-canned sauces be used within up 6 months, those have been carefully canning with the recommended instructions from the National Center of Home Food Preservation. All home-canned foods should be stored in a cool, dark, dry place, between 50-70°F, and after open please keep refrigerated.
