I just made some really cool memory/tshirt blankets. They are both blankets commemorating the boys’ time in Cub Scouts.

I used tshirts and parts of the uniform to create a blanket they can keep forever and remember their experiences.

The blankets are backed with a high quality fleece fabric that gives the blanket a nice, soft and warm feeling.

I can make other memory blankets using clothing or tshirts, sweatshirts etc. If you want something other than a blanket, I can make memory throw pillows that can sit on your sofa, chair or bed.

Halloween is coming up in a couple of days and I don’t know about you but I have found that right after Halloween, you BLINK, and it’s Christmas.

If you want some custom and personalized gifts or need some gift ideas, reach out to me and let’s put something together. I have many ideas for some gifts that everyone will appreciate. Do. You need monogrammed napkins for your Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner table? A blanket made from your childrens’ shirts or a memory blanket. Here are some embroidery projects I completed recently. It’s always nice to add a personal touch to a gift, whether it’s for a baby shower, wedding, birthday or any other occasion.

One of my latest projects for a customer were “memory pillows”. Made from a deceased friend’s cutoff jeans, these pillows keep his memory alive in a special place in their home.

These pillows are 12”x16” and have a hidden zipper in the back. I used as much of the several pairs of jeans provided and included pockets, brand names, worn areas and cutoff fringe that make them extra special. The back is made using a corduroy fabric in order to have enough jean fabric for two pillows.

I also make memory blankets and t-shirt blankets using shirts or clothing of all kinds. Maybe you have your childrlen’s baby clothes you would like made into something special or clothing from a special occasion. Let me make your something special into something very special you can keep forever.

I’ve been busy!!! Here is a tote bag made with a cotton print that looks like a cable-knit sweater. Lined with a jazzy black and white houndstooth print and a cute pocket inside. Also did a sweet cosmetic bag with a custom design and name.
